Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and scale experimental technologies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with partners in academia and industry
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Track record of commercializing prototype technologies into market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau

- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
