Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs on next-gen human augmentation
- Present quarterly technology impact briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M R&D budget for experimental tech incubation
- Drive patent strategy for 2026-era intellectual property
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic tech products (neural/quantum)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 23855:2026 standards framework
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Public speaking at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
