Responsibilities
- Architect forward-thinking technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and develop mitigation/opportunity frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurist research
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies brought to market in the past 5 years
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
