- Direct cross-disciplinary R&D teams in AR/VR and neural interface technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise-level deployments
