Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026+ tech trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Design strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with academic institutions on 5-year horizon scanning initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent
