Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI ecosystem, including LLM integration and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Lead cross-functional squads in R&D to prototype and validate futuristic technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI).
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering.
- Mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate and neutralize emerging tech threats before they materialize.
- Establish the architectural standards for 2026-era security and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in tech leadership.
