Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions including quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Drive research initiatives in predictive analytics and generative AI applications
- Collaborate with C-suite to define technological roadmap for 2026 product launches
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier industry journals
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing
- 5+ years leading ML projects with deployed systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent tier conferences
- Proven track record of scaling AI infrastructure to petabyte-scale
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with federal tech innovation grants or DARPA projects preferred
