Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven experience in quantum/AI/BioTech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable quantum algorithms or AI ethics
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good implementation
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Track record of securing $50M+ in R&D funding for frontier technologies
