Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong public speaking skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
