What You'll Achieve:
- Lead end-to-end innovation cycles from ideation to market deployment
- Drive adoption of AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with industry pioneers and academic institutions
- Develop patentable intellectual property in emerging tech domains
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products (>$50M revenue impact)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Patent portfolio or published research in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL)
- Fluency in English with exceptional executive communication skills
