Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through grant applications and strategic partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Mentor junior innovators in our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Develop IP strategy for proprietary 2026-tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience securing >$2M in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
