Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying scalable tech solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and translate them into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative R&D
- Architect proof-of-concept projects demonstrating 5-10 year technological feasibility
- Mentor technical talent and foster an environment of experimental learning
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Ensure ethical deployment of emerging technologies through rigorous impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record in scaling breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ members
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Proficient in agile methodologies for long-term project management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
