Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-focused technologies including quantum AI integration and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech adoption across enterprise clients and public sector
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with global teams in Berlin, Tokyo, and São Paulo
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE journals
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech solutions to 10M+ users
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biocomputing, or space tech
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2023)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
