Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in developing 2026-ready AI-ML frameworks
- Architect sustainable tech solutions meeting 2026 ESG compliance standards
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through patent-to-market pipeline
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee 3-year tech horizon planning with 6-month sprints
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation portfolio
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with ISO 21434 cybersecurity frameworks
- Patent portfolio (3+ granted innovations)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
