Responsibilities
- Develop predictive talent models for 2026 technology stack requirements
- Architect AI-powered recruitment systems for emerging tech roles
- Lead executive searches for CTO-level future technology positions
- Design compensation frameworks for quantum/AI talent markets
- Produce annual Future Workforce Trend reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish neurotech and bio-interface recruitment protocols
- Manage $2M+ talent innovation budget with ROI optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech recruitment with 5+ years in strategic talent planning
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, or biocomputing
- Certified in Predictive Analytics for Workforce Planning (SHRM or equivalent)
- Proven success building executive recruitment pipelines for pre-market technologies
- Advanced proficiency in AI recruitment tools (HireVue, Eightfold.ai, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on future of work (IEEE, HBR, or similar)
- Experience with cross-border talent acquisition for regulated tech sectors
