Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Strategy/Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work technologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- Certification in Agile/Lean methodologies and systems thinking
