Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in the design and deployment of complex software solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into current and future products.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system scalability.
- Drive innovation initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
