- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three 2026-relevant domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or equivalent
