Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and decentralized networks
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption trajectories
- Architect scalable frameworks for AI governance, ethical algorithm design, and responsible automation
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and board committees
- Coordinate R&D partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity metrics and innovation portfolio performance
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive architectures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering technology roadmaps with multi-year implementation cycles
