Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic blueprints for integrating next-gen technologies (quantum, biocomputing, AGI) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national research laboratories
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation policies
