Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay at innovation's forefront
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for future technologies
- Mentor junior talent in next-gen technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products with global impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical vision into market opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
