Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two futuristic technology initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong background in developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for futuristic projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Prior experience with global technology policy or standards development
