Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and predict market disruptions for 2026-2030 horizon
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations
- Lead 'Future Labs' prototyping sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Develop patentable solutions for climate resilience and hyper-automation
- Present quarterly tech roadmaps to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and quantum computing pioneers
- Mentor 10+ engineers on ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Future of Work journals
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Successful P&L management for $20M+ innovation portfolios
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Bioengineering with startup exit experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting implementations
