Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech impacts on industry verticals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and adoption velocity
- Represent company at global tech summits and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech
- Experience building cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
