Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and technology evangelism
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
