Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating future technology projects or publications
