Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
