Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution trends
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's most pressing global challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting work with documented accuracy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
