Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technology trends and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech conferences
- Mentor a team of researchers and engineers in next-generation technology development
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and long-term sustainability goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven track record of future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing and implementing technology roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
