Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with revenue growth targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Present visionary insights to industry conferences and investor forums
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or blockchain architecture
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex ecosystems
