Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging hardware innovation and software ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption forecasts
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives targeting net-zero operational footprints
- Mentor a cohort of future-focused engineers and researchers
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals across multiple time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least two industry-defining technological shifts
