Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technological foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
