Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect scalable digital infrastructure for next-gen global operations
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through ROI-driven proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital for tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
