Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions with 3-5 year foresight
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive leadership on tech investments and R&D prioritization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations on future tech scenarios
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in foresight methodology and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with systems-level perspective
- Outstanding communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
