Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Produce strategic white papers and policy recommendations for global tech governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and human-machine systems
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of publishing industry-recognized future-tech frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
