Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published research or patents in future technologies or innovation forecasting
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent strategic planning
- Experience with tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM guidelines)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization initiatives launched
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
