As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll lead horizon scanning initiatives, develop predictive models for technology adoption, and guide R&D investments into breakthrough innovations. You'll collaborate with global research institutions and pioneer frameworks for ethical tech deployment in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and develop strategic impact assessments
- Design 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for early trend identification
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market saturation points
- Author thought leadership frameworks on ethical AI and human-centric technology design
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation strategies for technological disruption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, neuromorphic systems
- Experience developing strategic foresight methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Publishing record in tech futurism or peer-reviewed technology forecasting
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
