Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning applications
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Expertise in blockchain governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Certification in Emerging Technology Ethics (ETE) from IEEE
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on 5-year tech strategy
