Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum integration and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity metrics
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Curate an innovation pipeline through startup scouting, academic partnerships, and open-source contributions
- Present quarterly tech horizon reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across 15+ engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready tech roadmaps with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Foresight methodologies
