- Partner with DARPA and NASA to prototype next-gen space communication protocols
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for 2026's neural interface deployment landscape
- Manage global innovation pipeline with 15+ partner organizations across 7 countries
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on technological disruption vectors
- Mentor 10-person futurist team through quarterly scenario planning workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Deep familiarity with DARPA/NASA tech incubation programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling tools
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted AI/quantum-related IP assets
