- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and monitor tech ecosystem evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech into commercial offerings
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 2026+ technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
