Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with academic and industry partners
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' technology impact reports for C-suite executives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3+ year market potential
- Design ethical frameworks for future-facing AI and biotech applications
- Present strategic visions at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor startup teams in our 2026 Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Strong network with academic institutions and VCs
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for modeling simulations
