Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, analyzing convergence of AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging tech disruptions and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Produce strategic white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and maintain global network of technology innovators and academic researchers
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment priorities and risk mitigation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of predicting market trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
