Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future technologies into current business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D teams and budgets >$5M
