Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design and pilot minimum viable futures (MVF) for strategic technology adoption
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape and regulatory implications
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and governance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
