Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams
