- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into business opportunities
- Author white papers on paradigm-shifting technologies for industry conferences and academic journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and IEEE global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Expertise in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Technology Roadmapping)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-tech initiatives
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, R, Python for trend modeling)
