Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives in neuro-interfaces and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into business strategy
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and research scientists
- Represent Nexus Labs at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight
