Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and technology validation cycles
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Document technology roadmaps and maintain a living repository of emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in commercial environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI/ML, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
