Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through market analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Author strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on disruptive tech trajectories
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups specializing in frontier technologies
- Design risk mitigation strategies for technological disruption and ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in long-term technology development methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends (demonstrated via published research or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
